Delivery is usually via the DPD delivery service. We can only send orders to delivery addresses within Switzerland. For deliveries to Switzerland, the shipping costs are covered by LUNA Swiss for orders of CHF 100 or more. If the order value is lower, a one-time shipping fee of CHF 9 will be charged.

The goods that you order in our online store and that are in stock will be Delivered to you within 2-5 business days upon receipt of full payment depending on destination. You can use the tracking number provided in the order confirmation to track the current location of your order.

If the products are marked as not in stock when ordering, LUNA Swiss will make an effort to deliver the goods as soon as possible. LUNA Swiss makes every effort to comply with the specified delivery times. However, LUNA Swiss is not responsible for delays in delivery, regardless of their causes. We will inform you immediately about any delays in delivery.

If the performance hindrance lasts more than 3 weeks after the original delivery date, the customer is entitled to his to cancel the order. Further claims, in particular claims for damages, are excluded.

If the delivery of the goods fails due to the fault of the customer despite three delivery attempts, LUNA Swiss can withdraw from the contract. Any payments made will be refunded immediately.
